In his work with EverNest clients, Fred applies his extensive experience in research and problem-solving to conducting investment analysis, due diligence and portfolio construction. Fred's passion is working closely with clients to develop deep understanding of their financial needs, then directing custom-tailored plans to meet those needs.
Before joining EverNest, Fred was an advisor with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. in Indianapolis. He is also an attorney. Fred held positions with two local law firms while completing his J.D. at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he earned a Corporate & Commercial Certificate and graduated with honors. Indiana Law Review published Fred’s research on the legal theory of loss causation in financial markets, in which he advocated for a uniform approach to regulating stock price manipulation.
Fred’s contributions in the community include service on the Advisory Board of the Jordan YMCA and as a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary parish. For many years he was an instructor—and eventually executive director—at a Northern Michigan sailing academy for children.
Fred earned a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University. He and his fiancée, Regan, live in Zionsville.
